We started Mobility Concierge because buying a wheelchair through the NDIS is unnecessarily painful. Confusing support item numbers, unclear pricing, clunky provider portals, and stores that treat you like a patient instead of a customer. We thought: what if buying a wheelchair online was as straightforward as buying anything else?

So we built a store that actually works for NDIS participants. No clinical waiting rooms. No confusing jargon. Just clear pricing, the right support item numbers on every product, and real help when you need it.

What We Actually Do

We sell wheelchairs, rollators, walking frames, bathroom aids, and mobility accessories from trusted Australian wholesalers. Over 450 products, all ARTG-listed and GST-free as medical devices.

But we're not just another online store with a product grid. Every product page includes the NDIS support item number, so you know exactly which funding category it falls under. We provide pre-filled quote templates you can send straight to your plan manager. And if the claiming process feels overwhelming, we'll walk you through it.

Self-managed or plan-managed, it doesn't matter. If your NDIS plan covers it, we make buying it simple.
