Mobility Concierge is an Australian-owned online retailer of mobility equipment. We operate as a reseller of products sourced from established Australian wholesalers.
Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Our products are classified as medical devices and are GST-exempt. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on our Shipping and Returns page. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
NDIS Funding
Mobility Concierge is not a registered NDIS provider. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants may purchase from our store and claim through their plan. NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants must purchase from registered providers. We make no representations about NDIS funding eligibility for any specific product or participant. It is your responsibility to confirm that your NDIS plan covers the items you purchase.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. All products are sourced from Australian wholesalers and are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is set out in our Refund Policy page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobility Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Mobility Concierge or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
