The PQ304BH Height adjustable Bed Pole is designed to sit under the mattress and provide a soft but firm handle to assist with moving and positioning in bed. As it is height adjustable, it can fit a range of mattress thickness size. The top tubing can be removed for compact storage and easy to bring along on trips.

Can I use my NDIS funding to buy from here?

Yes. If you're self-managed, you purchase and claim reimbursement through the NDIA portal. If you're plan-managed, we invoice your plan manager directly. See our NDIS Claiming Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Do your prices include GST?

Our prices include GST where it applies, and your order total is shown at checkout before you pay. If you need GST details for an invoice or an NDIS claim, contact us before you order.

Do I need an OT assessment?

It depends on the item and your NDIS plan. Your plan manager or support coordinator can advise what needs an assessment or a formal quote. If you're unsure, contact us and we can give you the product details you need.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then delivered in about 3–7 business days (metro), 5–10 (regional) or 7–14 (remote) after dispatch. Standard shipping is a flat $14.95 Australia-wide on orders under $500, and free on orders of $500 and over. Express shipping is $25.99 at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
